In 2008, Chef Shawn Loving was honored to serve as Executive Chef for the U.S. Men’s and Women’s Olympic Basketball Teams at the Beijing Olympics. This prestigious role continued over multiple high-profile tournaments, including the 2010 and 2015 FIBA World Championships in Istanbul, the 2014 World Championships in Madrid, the 2016 Rio and 2020 Tokyo Olympics, the 2023 FIBA World Cup in the Philippines, and most recently, the 2024 Olympics in Paris.
